InPlays Sports Corp. is a youth sports organization supporting high school student athletes in their quest to play college sports and attain an athletic college scholarship. We coordinate and manage College Combines for high school student athletes, provide 210+ D1 and 80+ D2 college coaches with high school student athletes’ combine videos, game videos & statistics, and run Annual Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer and Lacrosse National Tournaments.
Through our vast youth sports businesses, including college combines, nationals and global events, we have significant intellectual property rights, long-term relationships and broad execution capabilities, enabling us to deliver unrivalled sports event experiences, creating access to engaging content and building inclusive communities. Use your skills where innovative technology solutions begin. New York or New Jersey based. Responsible for executing and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
Salary is based on experience and open for negotiations.
Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Coordinator takes part in creating and executing dynamic marketing campaigns focusing high school student athletes throughout the United States. Moreover, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is part of the Senior Management team, which is responsible for the digital marketing budget, strategy, planning, execution and providing financial and operating results and reports.
- Campaign Execution: Set up and monitor PPC campaigns, social media ads and display advertising.
- Content Management: Update and optimize website content using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- SEO & Analytics: Track keyword rankings, performs on-page SEO and analyze traffic using GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Email Marketing: Manage database lists and execute automated workflows via tools like Mailchim, ConstantContact and HubSpot.
- Performance Reporting: Measure ROAS, CRO and other KPI’s, generating reports to optimize campaigns.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with College Combine Managers to ensure campaigns are effective.
Regional Manager, College Combines (Part Time).
Must be a current High School Coach, Assistant Coach, Athletic Director or a person involved within a High School Athletic Department.
Locations available throughout the entire United States. Responsible for running a college combine.
Compensation is based on the amount of combines and registrants per each combine.
Position Overview: The Regional Manager schedules, manages and oversees all facets of a College Combine; Secures a facility (field, court, etc.), camera crew, statisticians and facility security/maintenance.
